ASPxGridView 控件做删除操作时 ,如果弹出提示框??

ASPxGridView 控件做删除操作时，，我要先跟据所选择的行的ID去判断数据库，此记录是否可以删除，再做出提示，可以不知道怎么弹出提示框！！请高手求解！！！
