Finally DevExpress decide to release DevExtreme as an open source, Mehul Harry said "I'm happy to announce that we're making it even easier, because now you can also get DevExtreme on GitHub", and about license he said "As you may have gathered by reading between the lines, DevExtreme now provides both a commercial and non-commercial license. If your project falls under the "non-commercial" category then you can now use DevExtreme for free (but without support)"

最近才关注，最好的资源和源码都在https://github.com/DevExpress/DevExtreme，DevExtreme和razor结合的资料非常少，更多讲的是如何和三大框架结合，blazor的也相对较多。
