这是打开word文件的Bug吗

大部分word文件打开是正常的，有一些打开就会这样子
“System.NullReferenceException”类型的未经处理的异常出现在 DevExpress.RichEdit.v13.1.Core.dll 中。“
具体是13.1.4版本，使用richeditcontrol.LoadDocument(file)
这是13.1.4的bug吗 求解      
（ps：个人研究用的 版本你懂的）
